Our Story

Built to stay personal. 

The CAM Team was founded in May 2008 with a deliberate choice: stay a small-to-medium-sized firm so our managers could give superior — and genuinely personal — service to clients in the Clay County and Duval County areas of North Florida. Today we manage 32 communities and roughly 8,000 doors, and our goal at the onset is still our goal today. We bring real assets to every association we manage: first-class customer service and proactive, experienced property management.
